The Evolution of Envision Trim: Envision Trim 2.0
Sherman has a long history of using Vector windows, so much that Steve Kelling pioneered a way of trimming the windows to have a flawless appearance! This trim was deemed the title of “Envision Trim” due to the windows they are installed on are Vector Envision Windows. With the push from the Custom home division of creating a new fastening system that wouldn’t void the factory warranty and a little inspiration from Aaron. Isac, Deven & Dick put their minds together to come up with an updated Envision Trim! Working directly with Vector they have successfully created Envision Trim 2.0, a trim that only uses 2 fasteners at the bottom of the window where the weep holes are located. To ensure a tight and secure fit magnets were included on each side to eliminate any movement. Well done team! Envision Trim 2.0 is in full production, swing by Dick’s shop to get a behind the scenes view of how it’s made.
Employee of the Month: May
Employee of the Month has been created for our crews! For the Month of May we had an anonymous vote at the Mora Yard location for each of the two divisions (Pole Building & Custom Home). For the month of May, the two Employee’s voted were: Jeff Gossen (Custom Home) and Tyler Limanen (Pole Building). Both individuals were awarded Employee of the Month due to their ability to teach and being an enjoyable person to work with! Congrats Jeff & Tyler!
Congrats Grad: Jennae Szucs
Our very own Jennae Szucs graduated from Mora High! Jennae for those that don’t know has been assisting Heather with accounting duties, Maser with entering crew assignments on Sherman ERP and most of all managing our killer TikTok account! We are incredibly thankful for the thought and time Jennae puts into our social media videos. For those that are in the office watch out, you might be the next video star ☺. Jennae has plans to attend Grand Canyon University (GCU) in Phoenix, AZ in the fall with a focus on Business.
“Sold!” by NHL Homes
NHL Homes has successfully sold their first Manufactured home located on Summit Lane in Mora. This Manufactured home was the “Guinea pig” for NHL homes, the first of what is looking to be many homes that they worked to get installed and completed! NHL Homes is a licensed installed of Manufactured homes, they are in the process of getting completely geared up for installation. As you can imagine a specialty home takes specialty tools to install smoothly! Summit featured a 3 bed, 2 bath home with a detached 2 stall garage, large deck and flawless interior! The NHL Homes team knocked it out of the park!
Did someone say Benefits?
June is the time when Tony “the benefits man” comes around to give us the spiel about coverages and any changes that are happening. Julie Ballman was happy to report that everyone completed their benefits enrollment in a timely manner! If there are any questions throughout the year, please contact Julie B and she would be happy to assist with that. Julie B also wanted to note that if anyone is wanting to add supplemental Aflac insurance that can be added at anytime throughout the year.

America’s Birthday!
Just a reminder for everyone that 4th of July is a day to celebrate our independence! We hope everyone is able to spend a relaxing day celebrating with friends & family!
